Client Success Story: Samana Float Center
When Heather and Paul Clift hired us back in 2017 to take over the marketing for Samana Float Center here in the RiNo district of Denver, most people had no clue what a float tank was or what “sensory deprivation float therapy” could do for your mental and physical health.
This made our job particularly difficult because not only did we have to bring awareness to their brand, we had to convince people that floating was something worth spending their hard earned money on.
Utilizing a combination of educational content and paid social ads, we successfully grew Samana’s customer base by hitting (interested) potential customers through a series of ads that included float therapy research, customer testimonials, and eventually a discounted first-time float offer.
After customers floated once, we sent them a series of emails that enticed them to sign up for a monthly membership that would get the customer special perks and more affordable floats to encourage regularity in their float practice. By prioritizing memberships, we have created a recurring revenue model for Samana that has recently helped them successfully expand to a second Samana Float Center location in Fort Collins, CO.
